I am super happy and excited to announce my next Workshop „INNER FUSION” with my beloved friend Ronja. It will be a beautiful mix of Yin Yoga and Breathwork. Two amazing tools which will guide you into stillness, release and transformation.

First Ronja will guide you into a Yin Yoga Session in which you will be given the space and time to find stillness, release and get aware of what is happening inside of you. Afterwards i will guide you into a beautiful Breathwork Session in which you will go through these emotions, face and transform them. Are you ready to fuse your Yin (feminine) and Yang (masculine) together? Join us.
